Where can I buy a sewing machine in Lagos?
You can see and test machines at our showroom at 39 Agarawu Junction, Lagos Island, or visit our head office at 9 Ijero Street, Kilo Bus Stop, Ikate, Surulere. You can also order online for delivery anywhere in Nigeria.
How long does delivery take?
Lagos deliveries arrive in 1-2 working days. Abuja, Kano and other state capitals take 2-4 working days, and remote locations up to 5. Industrial machines shipped on pallets may take an extra day for freight scheduling.
Do you install and train?
Every industrial machine purchase includes free delivery setup and a first servicing check within Lagos. Operator training sessions for factories and workshops can be booked through the servicing team.
Can I return a machine?
Yes — unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Machines that have been threaded, oiled or run are assessed under the warranty instead of the returns policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Verve cards, bank transfer, and instalment plans on selected machines. Bulk and factory orders can be invoiced with agreed payment terms.
Do you sell genuine spare parts?
All parts are sourced from the original manufacturers or their approved suppliers. Send us your machine model and a photo of the worn part and our team will confirm the exact replacement before you order.
Do you repair sewing machines in Lagos?
Yes. Our Lagos Island service centre repairs and services both industrial and domestic machines, including machines not bought from us. Warranty work is handled at the same centre.
